Awesome collectors piece. Haven't seen this Jumbo friend anywhere on mercari but have seen a couple listings, both of which go for 150$+ on ebay.
I have learned my lessons from selling these monstrous sized plushies in the past now that quoting an accurate shipping lbs is most important for seller. I've lost hundreds due to being just a few pounds off the total weight which in turn allowed ups to upcharge to whatever they decided, all times way above the actual possible weight, and nearly taking away all my profits of sale in doing so.
